Cancellation & Rescheduling

Contents
1. Before your request is confirmed
Until our team confirms your preferred time, there is nothing to cancel — you can simply submit a new request with different details.
2. After your appointment is confirmed
We ask for as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, so the time can be offered to someone else. Reach out as soon as you know your plans have changed.
3. Late cancellation or no-access
If a technician arrives and can't access the property, or a job is cancelled at very short notice, a call-out fee may apply to cover the wasted visit.
4. Quote-only work
For services that need an on-site assessment, the visit itself can be rescheduled the same way as a booking. Declining the quote afterwards carries no charge.
5. How to reschedule
Get in touch through the Contact page with your reference number and we'll sort out a new time.
